Chateau Brumare
We spent a wonderful weekend at the Château de Brumare gîte. The visit to the castle was captivating, and the barbecue, a friendly moment shared in a joyful atmosphere. The meals, carefully prepared by our hosts with harvests from the vegetable garden, were delicious. The room, tastefully decorated, was perfect for accommodating our family with two children, one of whom was in a cot. Even the bad weather could not alter the good humor and the warmth of the welcome. A big thank you for this superb weekend!

The positive points:
- HAZE ! we spent 1h30 walking in the park with the owners' dog and it was truly pure joy for us who don't have the pleasure of having a dog. He’s an adorable ball of energy and also a very good guide to visit!
- Breakfast was very good, with fresh bread, pastries and homemade apple juice.
- The owners are friendly and Bruno took the time to introduce us to the area with the explanations that accompany the work in progress.
- Very beautiful estate, pleasant walk, especially the vegetable garden and the back of the castle!
The negative:
- Average soundproofing, but rules of life imposed by the owners (calm and silence from 9:30 p.m. to 8 a.m.) respected by the other guests.
- The aperitif option is a tad disappointing, according to the description it was one kir per person with cherry tomatoes, melon, sausage, diced cheese etc. But we only had a bowl of chips, a bit of a shame! (The content of the aperitif option was checked and I was not at all mistaken, 10€/person is far too expensive for a kir and chips)
